We reserve the right to monitor all user-generated content and remove anything that violates our community guidelines. Repeat violators may face account suspension or permanent termination.
By submitting content to ListUp marketplace, you grant us the right to use your reviews, photos, and feedback for marketing and promotional purposes. We may feature positive reviews in advertising campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
This practice is common among major retailers and eCommerce platforms to showcase authentic customer experiences and promote highly-rated products. Your username and content may be displayed publicly to help other customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Sellers on Lemly marketplace must maintain high standards of service, accurate product listings, and timely fulfillment. All sellers agree to:
ListUp offers buyer protection for eligible purchases. If items don't arrive or don't match the listing description, buyers may be entitled to refunds. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of estimated delivery date.
